Now you guys hear me out. I do my strechting routine every night and visualize when I go to bed, it's like lucid dreaming. I do this until I fall asleep. Not to forget about I also listen to subliminals half of the night like 4 hours on the lowest volume so I can barely hear it (if you hear the whole night music it's not good for the ears cause they need rest)
