For those who don’t know, Florence wrote this song about her grandma who died. One night before a show, Florence had a vision of her, and her grandma literally told her to “sit down and concentrate”. Florence thought that was “very practical advice for a ghost” rather than some philosophical thing they stereotypically say, and so she wrote this song.
