8 g agar agar + 50 ml water

It looks quite simple and delicious. So, I tried to make this dish tonight. Watching the video over and over again as I made it. I needed a lot more of Agar Agar than 8 gms it wouldn't thicken as shown in video. Then I added milk and then youghurt. But it started to curdle the milk. So you actually need to cool it down a bit before adding youghurt. I had to discard the previous mixture and start all over again. Fortunately I had enough ingredients except for the condensed milk so I added sugar and some fresh cream. Now it is setting in the fridge. Hope I can tip it out gracefully tomorrow morning. Will tell you once I have tasted it. Goodnight for now :)
