That mystery spice note confused me at first too, then it hit me. It's Garam Masala, a popular spice blend in Indian cuisine. I have a bottle in my spice cabinet and pulled it out to give it a whiff and there's no doubt. I compared to my bottle of ground cumin as well but it wasn't complete. Definitely the whole garam masala blend. From AllSpice's website: "The most common spices used in garam masala are cumin, coriander, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, black peppercorns, nutmeg, and mace. Other popular add-ins include bay leaves, fennel seeds, mustard seeds, turmeric, dried red chiles, and more. In Northern India the blend is heavy with black peppercorns, but the further south you go the spicier it gets with the addition of dry red chiles." I absolutely love this bottle.

Hard to believe someone has worked for the same company as long as I’ve been alive. 70 years, wow! Can’t wait to find a bottle to try. Takes a lot longer for bottles to roll out to CA. Just found a RB NCF in LAX duty free. Hauled all the way to Ireland and back home with my Irish Whiskey treasures.

Wild Turkey was my first bourbon. Interestingly, I started passing a bottle back/forth for holidays/events as a gag with my best man after seeing the Thomas Jane "Punisher" movie when it was first released. It was a John Wick/Blanton's we should try it situation years ahead of it's time.

I wonder what kind of shenanigans are going on with distributors since almost no one is seeing any bottles and yet very high numbers of bottles have been released rumored to be at the very least 10,000 bottles and probably more. I bet we'll see these bottles eventually at $200 each maybe years from now.

In the next year or so, we're looking to move back to the area, but want to stay west of Weatherford, probably east of Brock, and between Springtown and Granbury.
