So bummed for you that it didn’t turn out ideally and I know you don’t need any more rabbit recs BUT I have to recommend The Rabbits by John Marsden, illustrated by Shaun Tan. It’s not really for children but technically a picture book about 30 pages and is allegory about British Invasion and the colonization of Australia. Weird and intense illustration style that I would truly be mind blown if you didn’t like it. Great vlog as always!! ❤️

1. This vlog dropping was truly the most exciting thing that happened today. 2. I just finished What Moves the Dead and I gave it 3 stars and one of the biggest reasons for me not enjoying it was that I didn’t find it thrilling or scary (except for one scene with disturbing imagery), but what you said about some horrors being more about realizing that the characters are experiencing something horrifying was very insightful. 3. I read Midwinterblood last year and honestly you talking about it made me realize that I just didn’t get the point at all and now I wanna reread it. So, bummer that you didn’t give any 5 stars, but a helpful vlog and entertaining as always!

Bunnicula is the book that inspired me to be a writer when I was a kid so I’m so happy you read it! Also has someone who has also lost her grandparents and has her grandma’s stuffed bear I got a tad emotional when you showed the stuffed animals your grandparents had and gave you!
