Shift from p to pf, exchange t and d as much as you want at the and of words and t, z, s, ss, and ß in the beginning and middle of words and you are pretty much there. Add for German some "I'm pissed / I eat something sour" accent, and for Dutch bring in some "I'm drunk / I eat something hot"-tongue, and off you go!

​@@minyoonji5161 Not joking. I´m Dutch and I just finished my study German, so we often talked about the specific differences between those two languages in class. I refer to basic pronounciation rules about velar and palatal tension/tighness differences between the two languages (basically more tention in German than in Dutch) and the first and second consonant-shift (first discribed by the brothers Grimm) that made the Germanic-language-tree shift into different languages. Just google.

That's because there's only about 24 million Dutch speakers in the entire world. 6 million are from Belgium so most of the time we cannot understand what they're saying. Some words in Belgian Dutch mean something quite different in Dutch Dutch. 400.000 Dutch speakers in Suriname, which is also quite hard to understand for Dutch Dutch. Then there's the different dialects of Dutch in Holland (I mean *The Netherlands*) itself. People from Holland (actually North Holland) believe they speak the only correct and acceptable dialect. Which is why the dialect from North Holland is called General Civilized Dutch (Algemeen Beschaafd Nederlands). Dutch speakers from Friesland: at first not that easy to understand but if you make the effort, Frisian Dutch is much easier to understand than Dutch dialect from any of the other parts in The Netherlands.

Sorry for adding more text: when I spoke with a Turkish tour guide who had learned quite a bit of Dutch, she commented she was amazed how different the Dutch language can sound in the different parts of The Netherlands (about half the size of Florida but with about the same number of inhabitants). And she could compare it to how much more uniform Turkish sounded (have you seen how Turkey and Holland very much differ in size?).
