Grand plans there Stan. Have you considered buying a second hand welfare unit/container and siting it there as it will be ready to go, will presumably need a generator too. It will take a lot of work and money to get that old building usable again, possibly planning too.

This is gonna be epic and just what the area needed. I’m in the process of moving to the town under the ‘big mountain’ 15 mins from there full time and refurbing a big house that I’ll live in and air bnb part of it. Hoping to attract green laners, I’m sure I’ll have some customers for you. Obvs I’ll be up for it too. 👊🏽👊🏽 props man, ‘he who dares Rodney’. You’ll love that bit of Welsh Wales too, good people.

Welcome to wales🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 I'd be well up for a day with stan! I live 15min away from revolution bike park and mick extance experience and it would be amazing having more bike related stuff closer, a kids track would be unreal we struggle to find anywhere for our lad even with an electric bike

Be careful digging near that barn . Timbers in barn take down have roof done then put back treated on timber as feature rather than being load bearing where nearest train station?

Stan, with any luck at all, I will be joining you for a ride next year. We have been visiting family in Scotland more frequently so I mean how difficult would it be to take a quick flight or heck just drive down and whip over your way! You likely have not thought about gear and stuff but would it make sense that a rider brings their own gear or are you thinking you might have gear available as well! I expect most will want to wear their own stuff anyway but if coming from Canada for example! Oh, I should say I am 61 (62 in October) but love riding my 300 XCW. Would love to try a TE300!
