The problem with Canada's housing market is nobody is building 2 bedroom 2 bath homes. Every new subdivision is big 4,5 or 6 bedroom homes with all the bells and whistles. Build small homes with less bells and whistles and young people starting out will buy them Remember starter homes.

@FrankH-x7y true, and from what I heard, the rooms in those houses are small. You need to be careful when buying furniture because you may not have enough room for everything to fit. Many of the new homes are also very close to each other because they're built on smaller pieces of land. I see some of them with parked cars onto the sidewalk because they don't have enough room for multiple vehicles.

I agree. But up until recently buyers have been tripping over themselves to buy the large homes.
