Aight. I'll be honest. I dig the wheels, they make sense. Not in design BUT in function. Not every MS can operate with fast speeds while on land, unless they are built for that purpose or need complete replacement of parts or adjustments. With a support device that just gives it high land Mobility. It allows units to just easily hop on and charge off. It's similar in concept to the support aircraft you see some use to travel through the sky and or get into the atmosphere. Though. I'd argue these wheels are more combat focused.

They're practical but ridiculous at first thought. Beam Shields, nigh beam impenetrable surfaces, and weaponry make them threats, add on they can run over enemy suits, and hoof.

The wheels even work symbolically; Zanscare is a monarchy in which their queen is worshipped (by the masses) as a messianic figure, so using wheels in their weapons brings forth the image of a god riding a chariot to punish heretics - especially considering their Adrastea-class warships. That, and wheels were used as punishment, much like the guillotine Zanscare loved so much.

My only issue with the wheels is when they spin in space. That would be fine if they served as a gyroscope or something but the tires constantly change direction while in space.
