Exactly! Sequisha Cheated and lied about it when caught. He's so lucky to still be a part of this event. If it was for the bagspace he could've made a new char, run to the city and mail items too it, return the mail when he want the items. Especially now with instant account mail. paying to put items up for sale as a way to save bagspace was so stupid I'm surprised no one had more questions about it. Edit: It should be noted too that the character is not gone. If it was a casual who cares more about the character then the guild, he could've refused to go in and even now he can still transfer the char to the non-hardcore server and play it.

Right and I think that's what Summits real problem is but somehow spiraled himself into bringing Zero into the equation. I think the gist of what Summit wanted to say was that if the decision was to have Seq make a new character, they should have just done that instead of making this whole "fight for your life" arena event which resulted in a level 60 one tapping him. Make it a winnable fight or just go on with the decision of "Hey we're not Gkicking you but you need to start a new character" instead of making content on it, which is breaking the very rule Soda set. Summit mentioned that once but then stuck himself on the Zero tangent.

@@warmanreaper I've watched about four videos of it now, and still think Summit is just on the wrong track. Do we want to watch them all buy gold and cheat again? If not, people who cheat need to be held to account. Xaryu made Soda take his gold before he went in as well, since otherwise if he didn't die then the wrong lesson would be learned. The notion of "send in an equal level champion" is just naïve. Do cops strip naked to arrest a naked man? The Arena is open to all levels, nobody thought the higher levels wouldn't be the ones making the "final decision". The vast majority of people wanted to see him punished, and he got TONS of views from it. I haven't heard him complaining about it, he says himself at the end "I was always dead in there anyway". He got to kill some lower levers first. What do Summit/you expect the punishment for breaking guild rules to be? He obviously could have left the guild if he wanted to. Frankly, I expect others are jealous of the attention he got for this, and I would not be shocked if it encourages others to cheat and intentionally get caught already. This is their job

OK Full story time. Go listen to Sequisha vod while he is waiting in the Arena. The whole Undead voice call is there discussing how they are going to kill Zeroji with their entire raid and that they have him marked as a skull along with another troll player as a "X". They said MULTIPLE time in the chat "Yeah we can use this to get points". Obviously people told Zeroji this plan (who was not going to go in and was there just to watch). Zeroji chat lit up with people saying they are going to kill you. They want you bad etc. Zeroji, with brass balls, who is not a B!TCH said F-it I'll go in and make another character. He expected FULLY to be jumped. END Rant.

Seems like Summit hated the severity of the punishment, being needing to delete the character entirely, because even though it was cheating and he deserved a punishment, the server is meant to be more casual and it's being treated like this is a life or death scenario. Half hate cheaters, and the other half dislike the severity, since the punishment didn't fit the crime. I think deleting the character is fine because it sets an example of "if you break the rules, no matter how small, you will be severely punished", which is important in a server of children where people will gladly start drama if it means more popularity.

GTA RP did this to summit, he thinks if everything isn't an even playing field its wrong no matter what. The problem with that is this was never meant to be an even playing field, Sequisha went OUT OF HIS WAY to cheat the system and in all honesty he should have been Gkicked and not allowed to participate with the onlyfangs content anylonger but because Soda is a good guy Sequisha got a little bit of favoritism and got off the hook with a more soft punishment.

He literally turned off the only fangs addon, used to the auction house, turned it back on after collecting gold from the mail, got caught, and then lied his way outta the gkick and Soda allowed it because Miz and Sods wanted to use his death for content. It’s the guild’s right to hold one another accountable, they’re also part of the server. This is just what summit does when you don't have a fair shot at winning. He's hyper competitive and it doesn't matter if the punishment fits the crime or not, people have to have a fair shot at winning. Someone could kill 30 people in a mall and summit will crash out if more cops show up than the criminal can handle. He sees it as an injustice above all injustices. Let's be honest, the dude cheated and deserved to be dropped from the event. He spent 60 hours cheating and gaining an advantage over other people, putting the entire event's integrity at risk. He deserved to have his character killed, get kicked from the event, and for him to not get invited to future events. Getting an IN-GAME punishment and no IRL repercussions outside of having to restart the game is crazy lenient.

The argument by Summit is that the punishment goes against his moral code. I don't know why so many people in the comments refuse to understand something so simple? It's like how you have people who support capital punishment and those that do not support it. For Summit, the cheating that Sequesha did should fit the punishment of dropping all of your items, not being forced to level over. That is the first part to his conjunctive argument. The second part is: a fight to the death among people in an arena in a way to prove oneself and redeem their status is fair. If he survives, he continues on. He learned his lesson, he got publicly humiliated, and he moves on. If he dies, then at least he went out with a bang. To be maxed out and be "peer pressured" or "have adrenaline" just removes autonomy from the person who made that decision to jump in. If someone gets "peer pressured" to shoot up a school, it doesn't detract that they are a shitty person who made that decision. None of those objections mean anything. They egged a guy on to completely remove Sequeshas chance of redeeming himself, after telling him he could redeem himself, and now that forces him to waste hour upon hour upon hour upon hour rebuilding. This does not mean Sequesha is innocent. These statements can all be true; rather, they are not mutually exclusive. If someone still does not understand go ahead and respond so I can break it down further to you. Nothing Summit said was wrong. It's just a disagreement on ethics.

If the whole idea was him having to make a new character because he cheated why even send him in the arena and make a big spectacle out of it? Especially if Soda said he wasn't making content out of cheaters. With that being said Summit did go a little too hard with his rants, but that also is another thing Soda has a problem with Summit saying stuff and just completely disregards the other guy who said basically the same thing and said it was fine and RP. because he was never supposed to survive, that was the point. Kurubashi is free far all arena. There are no level caps. How many people did cheater kill before he was killed? you do also understand that many people jumped to attack him seconds before zeroji opened fire. We all have our opinions, but facts are facts. Carry on

- First of all, this was an execution. Not a challenge or a trial. It was never meant to be fair or honorable. His death was guaranteed the moment he cheated. His options were: Death, guild kick or 72h debuff. He chose death. He was never going to be allowed to leave that arena alive. - Second, he had people protecting him in the arena too, so it is not like this was ever "fair" in the first place. - Third, the people his level stopped going in to kill him because of the other people protecting him. The 'sweatlord', had to go in because otherwise the cheater would get away with cheating, which can't be allowed. There was an entire crowd coming down the audience stand to murder him. His punishment was to die, after all. This was all as planned, the person involved agreed to, everyone had fun. It had been content. Then shit for brains summit had to come in and turn it all into some bullshit drama with his dumbass takes.

Didn't Sequisha choose one of the punishments Soda proposed to him? Seems pretty fair to me. Soda even called him up, talked about what he did wrong, told him what the punishments can and could be. Sequisha even said after his character died in the arena to the lvl 60 "I'm surprised it didn't happen sooner". Soda and Sequisha seemed content about it. Only the spectators are having issues with it. Like they're angry on his behalf even though he's not angry.

it's clear by the end that Summit is mad that Sequisha's lvl 37 character was forfeit for cheating. Everything beyond that is an emotional/logical failing on his part to even understand the situation. Why would Summit be so stressed about a cheater losing their character when that was explicitly in the rules from the beginning... in fact he got off lightly because technically he could've been removed from the event entirely. Upset for no logical reason and misplacing the blame on the executioner and hiding behind the fallacious argument of "im allowed to dislike someone" as if that's even in contention. The reason why he doesn't like that person is nonsensical, that's the argument he lost and will continue to lose.

He literally just kept repeating his 60hour line and this guys a sweat line over and over like he was 80yrs old trying to remember why he's mad. Irony....the guy he was defending was a sweat and literally had to go into the game and turn off the add-on, posted items on the AH, and then turned off and covered up his stream to avoid detection.....that's as sweaty as you can get. Not only that he straight up lied to Soda when confronted saying it was for bag space when his entire mailbox was full of sold auction notices with gold attached. There is GOOD and BAD from the GTARP scene people like Summit. He's been around the people that were the biggest on No Pixel, where being sent to jail for THIRTY MINUTES felt like an absolute death sentence to their stream and their content. They'd get so mad and dumbly focused about voicing their opinions on how stupid it is to be "put in time out" that they'd be doing it themselves by going off on massive rants. I think what Summit was showing here was more GTARP / NoPixel PTSD vs actual hate for what happened. Because he agreed with the punishment, agreed that the guy was gonna die, agreed that people wouldn't want to risk their characters to be killed by someone that cheated, he just didn't agree that someone he sees as a "sweaty tryhard no life wow player" would be the one holding the axe. Exactly like how they'd rant about certain people playing the cop characters on NoPixel. It becomes personal, and it becomes OOC, and toxic as hell.
