Following my previous videos on setting up an OnlyFans agency, by far the most frequent question I received was 'Why do models need you, they can just do it themselves'.
There's a fundamental misunderstanding of OnlyFans and how easy it is, and the type of results people expect. Just because you know/heard of someone pulling in $50k/month on OF, it doesn't mean it's easy and anyone can do it.
So I decided to demonstrate this, by transparently showing analytics that over 95% of OF creators, don't even make $3.1k/month - before Tax.
Working with an OF agency, allows you to scale beyond just promoting in your (limited) Social Media Network, and maybe promoting on Reddit in your spare time.
For anyone who is serious about it, OnlyFans is a business. The same as any other, and it needs to be managed like one - this means, managements, systems, people and processes and given the amount of pressure already on the model to become essentially a content factory, it's borderline impossible for her to be able to setup, run and manage a 24/7 team of staff as well.

I think what you’re trying to say is: you cannot work IN a business and ON a business at the same time. People do it. I did it and just sold my business (insurance business) after 6 years due to burn out. It’s utterly exhausting to try to do it all by yourself.

Hi nath, do your girls have a free OF account and a paid one. I’ve noticed a lot of big creators have a free and paid one, is this to get as many guys as physically possible into their funnel then move them over to the paid one?

Trying to figure out how you run so many phones at the same time without a huge cost. How are you getting phone numbers for each phone's sim card without paying for plans for every individual phone? Plus Wifi isnt an option once you have so many devices i presume?

Get Phillipines VA to buy bunch of simcards and load with data. Super cheap and easy for them as SIMS can be bought at pretty much any local shop for next to nothing.

We do for some clients, you can essentially outsource want parts of the business you like to us. So it’s not white label as such, more a case that we are here as back-end support should you need it.

Set price lower, $5 - 10, the money is made in upsells (PPV, Custom Content) subscription is just to collect the prospects CC. That's the basic idea, however you also need to have your profile setup correctly to ensure that you maximise the number of upsells you get.

Ah but how do you keep the models from working for you and then go their own way once they make $50,000 or more since they already have a loyal fanbase?

It's not something we've ever had to deal with, the more likely scenario is they get a boyfriend, or family finds out and they decide it's no longer for them.. But to answer the question we have a contract, but again for all the points mentioned in this video. The entire process would collapse without us supporting it. There's not really a loyal fanbase either, OF has a very high churn rate, sure some of the guys fall in love and stay subscribed. But you constantly have to bring in new subs. They would make $50k for about a month, then the numbers would fall back down.

I am not sure if you are aware of this but you mention a model that is in the top 5% and made only 6 grand. The top % ratting has nothing to do with the income. It is all based off top profile engagement. Just in case you are still not aware of this.

I literally have a course outlining my entire workflow from A - Z, Recruitment, OF Setup, Marketing Strategy, Scaling, Optimisation. You will need skills beyond copywriting though, if it's just copywriting you're interested in I would suggest writing sales scripts/template messages to OF content creators and try and sell them a package deal of something like 30 days of schedules posts & messages.

5, previously I wasn't actually that hands on aside that with my main girl. But I've had quite a few girls reaching out to my directly so I've taken them on. Also had one large OF girl ask to partner with me, so she can refer new girls across and one guy in Romania who wants to be a full-time recruiter. Will see what happens. In my experience, most of the guys who built large agencies (75+ girls) always end up scaling down anyway, you can make more money by really focusing on your top performers.
