Since you have so many phones available with your OF tinder accounts, have you thought about utilizing them for other things? like creating reddit accounts, and upvoting your models in subreddits? they'd always be at the top, id imagine it would generate huge amounts of traffic

We utilise them in a number of other ways. Reddit upvotes are extremely cheap though, but Reddit comments work well. As well as a tonne of other strategies, we basically monetise the phones in every way possible

Where do you see OF marketing agency’s going in the next 5 years considering how “easy” or simple it is at the moment

It’s not really easy, right now about 1% of the OF agencies are serious and professional and they do extremely well. The other 99% are low quality, and I constantly hear about bad experiences. I think the lower quality ones will be naturally filtered out, and the more professional agencies who build out a brand will dominate the space. We’re already starting to see this to be honest

@@alistair21 I mean a fake persona as in a fake name, like a pornstar name. We will show the face of the model and once we grow her large enough eventually people she knows will find out. The idea is by that point she is making so much money she doesn’t care. We have worked with faceless creators before, but they are harder to grow.

@@alistair21 it’s impossible for me to answer that 😂 It really comes down to how good you are at building out systems. The onlyfans marketing process is pretty copy and paste from one client to another, so it’s not hard to build out processes. But again, that kind of comes down to you. Your budget for building out teams and your experience in scaling businesses. The time it takes will vary massively from one person to another. You have experience already in business, which should cut the time down a lot. But I cannot give a definitive answer seeing as I don’t know you

Nath, things don’t add up after watching couple of vids, why after so many years in the business you are where you are? One day you say you run one girl, the other one you say you hire 3-4 people per week and you are showing the entire sections for of management. Whats going on, Im genuinely curious, because on one hand you are happy with 12k$ a month, and on the other you talk about things that should bring at least couple times more? Hey Andrzej, Yes it seems a few points have got mixed up. 1. Have been in this business for just over 12 months and we’re doing pretty well :) 2. I think because you watched the videos within the space of a few days maybe it lost the concept of time, some of these videos are spaced 1 - 2 months apart so a lot can change. Last week I was managing 26 girls, and I brought it back down to 6 just to work on the best performers and models were we see the highest ROI. 3. Yes, but we weren’t always hiring 2-3 people per week. That has only been in the past few months. We have to figure out these acquisition channels first, then scale it. Which is what we’re in the process of doing now. 4. $12k/month is dependant on how long (how much time) has been invested into a girl. If I made $12k in 1st or 2nd month I would be happy, if it had been 6 months I would have some questions. 5. Hiring 130 employees is in an old social media marketing agency I was running. It’s not related to this business

I definitely think you can turn it into a brand and move away from the OF stuff, I think the obvious option would be an Influencer Management Agency where all of your girls are available for promotional work as well. That would be the most obvious pivot in my opinion

You will run into issues if linked to more then 1 account. Also if you have made an OF for your girl in your name you will lose the account and OF won’t pay you out. I learned that lessons the hard way, even though I was featured in the videos. They shut down the account with $6k in it.

impossible! You can’t own the model account, onlyfans have to many verification including the 3D Face ID of the model. And even if you get that, it must be her own bank account and absolutely no one else in order to get any payment form onlyfans.
