Sir your article about fiscal transfer can we see by it on the basis of individualism,and this is the way that rich people should accept that we have capitals and we really need to distribute the wealth on the basis of equity so we can also address the problem of inequality and can easily distribute equality on the basis poor and rich,one more thing is the concept of castes,we should rethink it about it and government can also make different policies and commissions to review the tax system, welfare scheme system , subsidies and what constitution says in DPSP,that government is liable aboute all structural and developmental changes in our country😢
