Hello sir, the syllabus is same as I studied in 1993 5th standard. But this is not related to recent behaviour of people in 2024. Because zero wastage policy can also be achieve if each and every person shares this responsibility and don’t leave it for only companies that is customer should use recycling bin and mixed waste should be avoided as much as possible .Government should provide recycling bin and pick & drop facilities.Further , in last World Cup match 2023 , big Bollywood actors where promoting pan parang or gutka masala (tobacco, cigarettes and alcohol is injurious to health). Drugs like coccaine, and snake venom used in rave parties are also serious problems. These topics with its adverse effect on youth or society should be updated in your syllabus with supporting case case study. Further how this is not detected by narcotics departments before it reached to customers who are responsible for this politician, police or citizens
