I got hold of a couple of phantom menace figures in my local charity shop before Christmas carded with com chip stand nute gunray and chancellor vel with the floater droid .£7 each. Nice to see the shelf room again.

Happy new year! Phantom Menace is my favourite prequel! For christmas I got a Sidious from this line that was signed by Ian Mcdirmid. I love how you have presented Duel of The Fates, especially how Obi Wan hangs off the edge! 👍👌👌

I just wish there was more Star Wars Episode 1. More figures, more ships, more vehicles, more stories, more games... These shelves of yours just showcase the beauty of Episode 1 Design. A design vibe that seems lost by episode 2 onward in my eye. I guess after 25 years of nonstop emotional damage and getting drowned in ABY content, it's shocking how comfy Episode 1 is to this aimless millennial. Me 20 years ago thinking Episode 3 was Peakquel Prequel years ago Is flabbergasted and mildly disgusted by my previous statement. Oh how things change. Isn't there like a 6 hour cut of the movie? C'mon let's at least give Disney a chance to mess it up.I don't mind if it goes a little too far in some places.

Let's go bringing it back this year in style the return of Shelf Indulgence. Only right to be at the beginning and celebrating 25 years of The Phantom Menace. It's a great looking setup. There's always more to add but it's close to looking definitive I think especially now that more sections that are so big they need their own definitive space like Tatooine. Are you submitting a March Madness list? Would love to see your choices. Anyway I think that's it for now but knowing me I've forgotten some stuff. Looking forward to more throughout the year Shelf Indulgence back with a vengeance. Can't wait for the next video.

Great show tonite Nick!! I love the Phantom Menace line & Power of the Jedi line - both identical line styles to my knowledge & my favorites so far!! I know that will not gain a lot of favor in the community because of lack of motion for each individual character and detailing on the figure but I think back then that Hasbro was catering to more of the adult or mature collector that was or was not going to open the figure and place the action figure in a scene as you have. The Episode I & Power of the Jedi lines seem more like figurines to me & even back then (as still today) I was & am an adult collector that just enjoys seeing the collectibles in a scene to remind me of the fun & excitement of movie!! Two suggestions for your Phantom Menace Shelves: One, you might want to get a plain clothes Anakin for the Qui-Gon funeral scene from the Episode I line as he was in those fatigues & not the Padawan training outfit with cloak on for the funeral & two) it might not be a bad idea to invest 8 pounds to buy a Fode & Beed Podrace Announcer alien from the Power of the Jedi line from eBay for your Episode I Tatooine scene to go with your two pods & all your pod racers!! Just saying. Keep up the GREAT WORK & I look forward to continued episodes of shelf indulgence!! Have a great day!! - Mike

Bossk just said we need Qui-Gon, Maul and someone else for the 25th Anniversary, I really like that Maul, but yes he could do with an update. I think some new Vintage Collection Gungan's would make you happy mate, not that you've not got a great selection. I always like the giant troop carrier thing for the clones, that thing is a behemoth and does loads, don't make toys like that now

I HAVE the TVC Quinlan Vos figure! Alas, that figure is so good and looks incredible stood with other Jedi on my prequels/clone wars shelves, that he would be wasted looking as good as he does with his lightsaber and all, full filling that 'blink or you'll miss it' roll in TPM. Hehe... However... If I ever got another, I'd totally use him on that shelf and maybe give him a robe/poncho or summit! 😉👌🏼💙
