Never thought to use Taki and Nekokawa together. Normally I play Taki with Empower deck or Sparrow deck and Nekokawa in Koroka deck to kill him constanly.

Have you tried cost of advancement with hyper draw? I mean, discard 2 can pretty much guarantee that you deck out within 10 turns
