Honestly, I use this for college and it does just fine. Had to get use to it being more tablet oriented than laptop but after that,man I love this thing. The only thing I dislike is the pivot point not being fixed to the keyboard but other than that, it’s tan great. I don’t play games or run anything serious other than Microsoft 365 for school and using Moodle for my classes and it has been amazing. Thank you for the in depth review. For the price, honestly, it’s not meant to be a gaming tablet/laptop. It’s meant for the bare necessities!

@@Legendd12 thanks for your reply. I ended up ordering tab s6 lite with the pen from walmart and got an aftermarket keyboard w/track pad that connects by Bluetooth. I wanted something that is a bit better in quality and I also draw sometimes. Got it in hand for a few days now and so far so good.

This was an informative video and I learned a lot from it. One correction though; this tablet is running full fat Android 11, not 11 Go. You can tell because the stock Google apps are the normal ones; not Google Go, Maps Go, Camera Go, etc. IIRC; Google forbids device manufacturers who license the Play Store from installing Go on any devices with more than 2GB of RAM. Which is a shame; I bet Go would fly on something like this tablet.

It appears they don’t sell these anymore but I LOVED mine (but dropped and broke it). I never had Wi-Fi issues people complained about. I Went to order another and all they have is the 11” now (without keyboard & case & no black). I only use it for watching tv basically. What would you recommend that is still 11.6” inches, budget friendly? Or will I have to resort to buying their new 11” (that doesn’t come with the case & stand)? *I really hate that the new one doesn’t come in black & it’s smaller. I’m only looking for a tablet to stream on so I don’t need fancy, just a good nice picture quality & large size. I would buy this again in a heartbeat if I could. Return it while u can i loved tablet the 1st month the it wouldn't stay in my wi fi 6 weeks after purchase. But 2 late 2 return then i would have 2 do a factory reset monthly and now for the last 3 weeks doing factory and network resets everyday wont stay on home internet like all my other devices. @@MrBernardhard sorry just seeing your question now, this is my main acct, meaning i'm Lisa K. not worth it, will not stay on wifi, there are glitches in opening gmail, other apps and syncing. It's too bad that Walmart dropped the ball with this tablet, as what was good about the tablet was great, but again, that didn't last very long of not having any problems so that the sound, pic quality and speed could be enjoyed, as while it wasn't the world's most expensive tablet, it wasn't free, either. I ended up replacing it with a refurbished RCA 11.6 inch delta pro, from amazon. It's pic resolution is older, it's only 2 gb of ram and it was like 70 bucks less. But even though it's slower, it at least stays on my internet, bluetooth and can open apps easy. Sorry I didn't mean to get so wordy, sometimes when I respond, I might add more info than the person who is originally asking the question, in case what I'm offering in info could help others too, i.e. people like me who need a larger tablet being older, who are willing to trade off certain things to stay within a certain pricepoint especially there isn't many 11.6 android tablets on the market, period.

I own an Onn 10.1 Pro. Awesome tablet for the price. Solid build and great resolution. Good support too (I received an OS update from 10 to 11). I know that this channel seems to always have something negative to say about the ONN tablets, which I simply don't get. Certainly much better than the junk offered by Amazon. It's true that the 11.6 is a bit overpriced for what it is - (mostly because there are chromebook alternatives that would seem like better choices). Perhaps it would have been a better option to release the tablet and keyboard separately - to lower the cost of the tablet portion. Still, I'm always happy to see a new ONN tablet. Good review! Would've been nice to see the 11.6 next to a standard 10.1 to see the actual size comparison.

I'm on my way to Walmart to purchase this tablet. I like the size of it and the 4gb of ram sounds like some good potential as far as gaming emulation and I have a huge backlog of older android apps and games as well to enjoy on that big screen. With the price of 199 dollars plus you can add an SD card.......I have too get this......I have a switch oled and an m1 ipad so all is not lost if the tablet doesn't meet my expectations..... I'm sure I'll get some use out of it.

@@mikeyg9833 Nice! I am typing this reply on it right now. I put a 256gb onn sd card inside it and it is now my main storage. so this is a 256gb storage tablet now! Civilation 6 runs like a champ but it needs an internet connection to start it up.......that is unfortunetly with all andriod devices. The keyboard is lovely and the resolution on the screen is good. I dont regret my purchase and the emulators: Mame, snes, GBA, Genesis, nes even a good bit of the psp games run great! my 8bit do pro 2 controller connects with no issues. My purchase movies from google tv runs full screen as well........I love this tablet! Some of my andriod games that takes a lot of power are not compatible with this tablet ie xcom 2 but I have my m1 ipad for that but a good bit of my andriod library plays just fine.

Unfortunately sometimes that tablet just may not be able to handle some games no matter what you do sadly…..Try everything and hope that it works and if it doesn’t it sucks but you can eventually save for a tablet that plays the games you want. Buyer beware this tablet has issues; I keep getting an error message whenever I restart or reboot the tablet after an update "Your device is corrupted... it can't be trusted and may not work properly... press power button to continue or device will power off 5 seconds. (Don't press and hold the power button, instead tap the power button repeatedly until the Onn logo appears on the screen) the tablet appears to return to "normal" function operation, otherwise the tablet will power off. If tapping the power button fails, try again but a little slower taps until the android and Onn appears, otherwise the tablet will make a very loud noise and signs of a virus. The tablet can be fixed but its going to cost money, its better to get a different brand.

I just wrote a long wordy post about not buying this tablet as it won't stay on wifi, and a lot of people had that problem who purchased this same tablet from Walmart. If you are getting it super cheap from a different vendor maybe it might be worth the risk. But my tablet only last 6 months and while 200 bucks for a lot of people isn't a lot of money, it was for me and it is for a lot of people to be out that and have to buy a new tablet, so I know I'm wordy but I'm only saying this to help. I gave up and while my 11.6 RCA Delta Pro, doesn't have the speed, storage or picture quality, it's good enough for me and it was 1/2 the price. I hope you have a better result, long term, I'm skeptical on these, Walmart made a tablet with some great features at a decent price point but with major fundamental flaw, that they have had to know by now and it something could've fixed somewhat easy but refused to do , so I hope if you're gonna have problems like I think you will, hopefully it will be within the return policy time frame. Ideally I would love to say I hope you have a great long term experience and while I wish that for you, I don't believe it's possible with this tablet.

DO NOT buy this tablet. I bought one 6 months ago after reviewing both websites and YT tablets on Amazon and Walmart (I can't afford a higher end tablet from best buy). The first 6 weeks it worked fine (the return policy is 30 days) then it wouldn't stay on the internet at home (even though my other devices don't have a problem being on my home internet and there is only 3 of them) ,and for the next 4 months I had to do factory resets every month as even a network reset would work and for the last 4 months I'd have to 3x a week reset my bluetooth keyboard, now for the last few weeks, a few weeks shy of 6 months from puchase, tablet won't stay on internet all (i'm using my phone internet as a hotspot to write this)even doing network then factory resets everyday which is a colossal pain in the ass, so hopefully I will have better luck with my new tablet I'm getting tomorrow while only 10 inches, less pixels is still 4 gb of ram. When I did my review for normies and not tech people on the Walmart website, I did advise this being before the internet issues, to watch you tube that I had to use an app so I could force it in landscape mode, as it's a waste of such a large large table to have to be forced with YT and other apps of only in portrait and unfortunately I thought that was my biggest problem. If you go to Walmart's website, you will see a bunch of other people have trouble with the tablet staying on the internet. When I talked to store employees they simply said don't buy electronics from walmart (I did have luck with a vizio 32 inch tv I got in 2013 but no longer use, it's in a spare bedroom at my bf's house and he has 3 other bigger smart tv's in his house) when I finally called ONN customer service yesterday not only did he say that it was good I didn't buy the warranty because the problem I had, wouldn't have fixed it and everything I did with resets was the only thing he would've suggested. It is very dissappointing this tablet, as when it worked right after purchase it was a great experience, good pic quality, good sound, fast but it's not been worth it all not only because of all the trouble it took to stay on the internet or bluetooth in the last 4 months but the fact it won't stay on the internet at all at home like my other devices and no one should have to do a factory reset everyday let alone network and it still doesn't make a difference on being able to access home internet wi-fi (my ISP changed 2 months ago) but I still had problems with it staying on wifi with the home internet I had at the time of purchase of this tablet again starting 6 weeks after I bought it. Then he actually suggested because I am of limited means and to be out of 200 bucks for such a short time of use to sell the tablet, like I'm going to sell a tablet to an unknowing person that won't stay on the internet, that was a crappy thing for him to suggest. I will still shop at Walmart for low dollar items like clothes or dry goods for example, as I've even seen at my closest Walmart and ones nearby in good areas that had frozen and refrigerated items scattered around the store outside of the grocery area. And I wouldn't trust Walmart to throw them out. I know this was long, I meant to help though whether it it be not to waste money on a tablet that won't work right for more than a month or to purchase food that could've been sitting out like a frozen or referigerated item and someone get food poisoning! let the buyer beware.... peace

Maybe 200 bucks isn't a lot of money for you to find out a few days after return policy that a table you loved, has major glitches that not only effect a customers ability to actually enjoy what's good about said tablet, but effects negatively the tablet which if those glitches were fixed and caught on by Walmart/Onn, this item would be a hell of a deal. But it's not. . I am an activist blogger of sorts when it comes to life and death situations, I TRY to help people out when it comes to less serious topics and maybe that's not a lot of money for you to spend to have an item that doesn't work, but for a lot of us, it is a lot of money. It's too bad, the tablet when working, had a great clear picture, it was fast.The sound quality (w/ wired headphones in my case) worked wonderfully at first. But the problem is it wouldn't stay online (Ihave other older devices that didn't have that problem), I'd get booted out of applications and it was ridiculous of how quickly batter discharged even when connected to charging port and again, this happened a few days where it was too late to return it and Onn's customer service reply to this problem was to sell it to someone else, which is really unethical given the problems that in development could've been avoided to sell a problematic tablet to an unsuspecting customer A suggestion of that nature, bad enough to have a problematic tablet, worse is to be so desperate to get one's money back, to sell that unreliable piece of crap to someone. . I make no apologizes for trying to help others spare themselves the expensive and how frustrating it can be where while this tablet had a lot of things going for it, it was built shoddy and not intended to last where people could get enjoyment and their money's worth, while 200 bucks isn't a lot for a lot of people it is for people for a tablet that worked okay for a little over a month. If what I said wasn't relevant to you, that's fine. But there was no reason to be a troll just because you didn't like necessarily what I said but the length of time it took me to say it. Am a I Polyanna type person? Hell NO. But at least Itry to help people when I can than what you seem to be is a troll who has nothing better to do than TRY and get to someone, because you're so insecure and maladjusted that you do go out of your way to try and ruin someone's day (which you failed) then trying to help people. I have gotten a lot of positive feedback and gratitude that people don't spend money on a tablet while they will initially love it, if it does work initially, but super bummed and frustrated, that they have the problems they do, they laid out 200 bucks which may not be a lot to you, but it is for other people, to find out, the sucky crappy side of this tablet that had so much potential. I am not a whiner and I make no apologies to help others whether i comes to a tech purchase, which Walmart people themselves have said don't buy a tablet from them, get a Samsung from Best Buy (like duh, if I could've afforded that, I wouldn't be buying a tablet at Walmart, Amazon or HSN (which in that case people might find a table that works better, but because they have easy pay, they are paying too much for what they are getting) and I'm not the only person to have the problems I did. Congrats though on your financial superiority and ability to not have to resort to lower priced tables. Perhaps though you could work on as smart as you are, of trying to be a better person who tries to help others not hate on them. That speaks to your decency, which clearly you don't have any and unfortunately for you and those who have to read the garbage you spew, it's not something you can buy. You're not the first person to call me out on being wordy, most though realize my intentions are good, nor will you probably be the last. But to best utilize my time, I'd rather concentrate on those who find what I have to say that helps them, then someone who cruises the internet just trying to pick a fight with someone. THat reflects negatively about you, no matter how concise you are, in the end you're still a troll.

I went trough like a 100 videos just to find someone who had the same problem, thanks for sharing. I was wondering did you ever find a solution to the wifi problem? If not and i hard reset my tablet how long will the wifi connection stay connected after the reset?

My brand new Onn 11.6 Tablet might have been the biggest piece of garbage I've ever owned. Absolute trash. And now, literally. I grew so aggravated with this piece of junk that I destroyed it and threw it in the garbage. Here's the picture. I don't think I've ever hated a consumer product this much. It's heavy, slippery, non-intuitive, the battery sucks, it won't stay connected to the internet, there's a glitch in the keyboard and the list goes on. Under normal circumstances, I would have returned or exchanged at Walmart. But the prospect of dealing with the idiots that work at Walmart meant to me that it was not worth it. I saved myself a lot of time and aggravation and simply threw it in the garbage. Do not buy!!

Chromebook is not solution , Android tablet at least comes with GPS, it can be as a GPS device, but Chromebook cannot

Yes, but a GPS module is not something most people look for or care about in a cheap laptop/ 2-in-1
