I recently bought this tablet from a friend and they moved out of state. I'm trying to set it up and I have tried what you showed in this video, and it took me to a screen to verify the pin of the original user, or to log in as the original user. I cannot get that information, how to bypass that? It's for my kids to play on and I'm not sure what to do now

I'm having the same problem. Took it to a phone/cologne & purse guy to see if he could. He told me that he couldn't do it and neither could his guy in Dubai, so at that point he was done. Still have a tablet that can't be used. Thanks Walmart.

Ok I accidentally shut down my ONN 16 inch tablet when taking screenshot &then it shut down! When I turned it on again (I did not press both power&volume button) it came up to the black screen and in blue highlight it says Factory Mode Auto Test, underneath that it has a list Manual test Item test Test report Debug test Clear eMMC Version Reboot Just like that it shows! How do I NOT reset factory mode& just get my tablet back?😢 pls it's an emergency! I just subscribed to your channel! Any help appreciated!

I hold the power and volume button and it keeps going black and then shows "ONN. Powered by Android" Then back to black and this repeats over and over until I let go. Then it shows a chinese menu with nothing showing an option to reset the tablet. I am seriously so fed up with "newer" and "better" technology that fs up the most basic functions needed to have a reliable device.
