That is not how you should rev weber. They should be opened gradually you are just squirting fuel into the cylinders with the accelerator pump

Exactly, there Is a Little plunger into the carburator, when you need more Power and you slam on the gas, this plunger gives some more fuel to the engine

They are a fixed jet carb. Flat out, fully open.
