Very cool!! I really like Gloomhaven, Nemesis, and Arkham Horror LCG a lot. Massive Darkness 2 just delivered (I got it for D&D minis) and I find it really fun! I didn't expect to, but I'm glad that I now have a light dungeon crawler in my collection. I have played Mansion of Madness once, which was fun, but other than that I don't really play many dungeon crawlers. First video I have seen of yours and the production is so good!

Many of these are in my top rated games list as well, and yes, Etherfields is also in my Top 5! I would add 2 very special dungeon crawlers: *Skull Tales: Full Sail!* - the ultimate pirate-themed exploration and discovery story-driven experience, with a macro-scaled sea exploration and a ship-building port phase to boot! The final one is *Okko Chronicles* - an excellent scenario-driven horror fantasy, set in feudal Japan with stunning miniatures and evocative location tiles, as well as heaps and heaps of lore. Must haves on any serious dungeon crawler lover's list.

Thank you for this video. Here is my Top 10: 1. Gloomhaven/Jaws of the Lion 2. Sword & Sorcery 3. Descent 2nd 4. Imperial Assault 5. Massive Darkness 2 6. Mansions of Madness 7. LoTR Journey to Middle Earth 8. Deep Madness 9. Myth (if you like to explore an unknown Dungeon bit by bit ) 10. Zombicide 2nd Arkham Horror LCG would be also in the Top 10, but I don't think there is enough Dungeon Crawler in it.

My family and I are looking forward to the Etherfields game once it arrives from a late Kickstarter pledge. We do have Cthulhu: Death May Die, Nemesis, Jaws of the Lion and Mansions of Madness and we love them all. I would add Level 7: Omega Protocol, but that is a personal choice. Great list!

My local group loves Zombiecide. My husband and I own great deal of it and have played it a lot. Easy to explain and fun to play with lots of more scenerios online. We ordered the new Kickstarter ones when announced. I saw Nemesis in store but didn't know anything about it beyond that it looked beautiful. I do wonder on difficulty level cause it really is nice to give the fast easy of what game does and just dig in.

Your presentation and animation are great! By the way, the next time you play a Arkham Horror: LCG campaign, I recommend not replaying scenarios you didn't "win". The campaigns are designed for losses too and work well. They also give you a different look at the story.

im really looking forward to marvel zombicide. Also, first edition descent is my #1 board game in general. it's a bit more weighty then 2nd edition, but that is part of what i enjoy. Also, the long campaign expansions in 1st edition give a lot of play time.

Some really great dungeon crawlers listed. I really wanted to like Sword & Sorcery, but the game was a bit too fiddly for me. I think it'd be amazing with app integration though. One that didn't get mentioned, but would be high on my list is Claustrophobia 1643.

"Folklore". It has more story than Gloomhaven, the convenience of Jaws of the Lion, multiple adventuring mechanics (travel and combat) kinda like Etherfields" and no minis, like Machina Archana, so the price is reasonable : )

Love your Video, struggling with the list, as I wouldn't even count half of them as true dungeon crawlers, but that's just my opinion. I'm far stricter with concepts such as "Dungeon" and "Crawl" vs "Space" and "Skirmish" games.

What do you call a game in which the action takes place in part in dungeons, forests, mountains and other planets? Foreste Crawler , Mountains Crawler, Space Crawler ? I do not accept such nomenclature, and I do not care where the action takes place, but what we do in this game what are the mechanics and what is the overall gameplay experience, and on this basis I qualify them to this family of games commonly called dungeon crawler.
