i thought it was a chinese faction ..ying yang ,dragons etc...

I'm not familiar with the lore of the game, but the Yangtze is a Chinese river, aye.

It's from the Empire of the Blazing Sun faction which is a mix of Chinese and Japanese. Japanese ships are more tanky Yamato battleship style when the Chinese is more very agressive squishy style. This one a Chinese battleship.

While the rest of the ship looks nice, I really dislike how grey the decking looks once the paint dries.
