Hi Kubeir, these draws mention there is no guarantee that a profile is not guaranteed to get a NOI even though the requirements are met. I didn’t get NOI for the last OINP tech draw while at a score of 481.

hi kubeir, if we apply through cec category they didn't ask for 1-year experience in primary noc instead they say 1year experience in any of noc code 0,1,2,3 in last 3 year. Can you please clear that.

hey Kubeir sir,i submitted application for oinp hcp tech, i uploaded the photograph but forgot to upload the SCAN of the physical photo. would this cause issue and if yes would they ask to resubmit scan of physical photograph?

Just hope this is not a mistake from OINP in which they have considered Health EE cutoff for Tech as well. 464 in the STEM category and waiting for a big draw !!

I have a question: In the Category-based draws, does the NOC code need to be the primary NOC code listed in our Express Entry profile? What would happen if I have work experience of 2 years in Tech NOC but my primary NOC is in Healthcare? Will my profile be selected in STEM category EE draw?

Hello Kubeir, i have a question i hope you can help me, I got my letter of invitation in this draw, then I created my One Key for Ontario but, the website doesn't allow me to submit any document because is asking me for an Enrolment number and a pin, this both numbers were supposed to be sent 24 hours after I created my One Key, but so fat 3 weeks later i have not receive anything yet, what can I do? thank you very much

@@AskKubeir Looks like that the vast majority of young people in general category who did Canadian degrees after spending exorbitant amount of money and effort and who just have enough experience to qualify for CEC are all set to go home. Please make a video advising young people not to come to Canada for an undergrad degree. They are all in for a big shock. I don’t know who is advising the Canadian authorities on migration, but I am certain that they have lost the plot.

My CRS score is 469, pharmacist I am not in the NOC for express entry but i am eligible for Ontario health draw because it includes my NOC and I got higher score than the range for OINP, what shall I do, this so confusing.

Now the university wants me to submit the extended study permit before August 4 2023 or else they would cancel my offer. Raised multiple webforms but no progress in application. Recently I got a part time regular job at Bell as a technician. I am planning to accept the job if I don't get a study permit extension before August 4 2023. Can I give an application for pgwp before a decision is made on my study permit application and withdraw the study permit application if I don't get a decision before August 4 2023 ?

According to the immigration targets, arround 85,000 for economic immigration. This year they already issued 65,000 ITAs. That means they already covered this years target for immigration. I am concerned with 499 CRS. Because, I am not under any special category or pnp 😢

Canada is also becoming like India, where you have reservations. And where even meritorious children with high scores cannot make the grade because a certain group has different criteria for selection. What is the point of a CRS score when people with lower CRS are given priority over higher CRS. These people have lost their mind.
