Y’all are seeing the issue with expanding the playoffs - it still comes down to ranking opinions and it will still end up with a very good team on the outside - imagine if Texas loses to A&M ….. how would we stay ahead of any SEC contenders …. Of course we won’t lose … BUT

I said exactly the same thing watching the Ole Miss game then the LSU game .... I don't like either coach for exactly that reason. Better time and method to address things with players - heat of the moment is never the right time.

If Texas ends up tied at 10-2 with four other SEC teams, I have them out on tie breaker. Currently, the applicable tie breaker is the opponents winning percentage, unless I'm reading it wrong.

Very important to keep Arch Manning because I don’t see Ewers going pro as poorly as he has played. Ewers should portal to the Aggies and Texas should keep Manning as a starter for next season. In fact if Ewers doesn’t get it together then Manning needs to go ahead and take the reins.

If Texas loses another game, they will not make the playoffs, because of their easy schedule. That is a fact. Texas will be the odd man out with 5 teams with 10-2 records. Quinn gets a C grade against Arkansas. His was a very average performance.
