I watched and “liked” when the original drop was made . . . Now it’s 2024 and it popped up on my suggested viewing . . . It’s like watching a Classic Movie once again. I’ve a second cup of coffee and am enjoying our chat once more. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and time with us!

Iona you bring such a genuine, personal and human touch to golf commentary. Your eyes are lit up throughout this blog, like a kid in a candy store. Learning you say, teaching more like, being yourself and connecting with the audience like a family friend. Write a note for the family, it will be as big a treasure for them as Peter’s in time.

That house is beyond amazing, the notes from Peter Alias are wonderful... Ken B is fabulous isn't he, I've met him several times at the golf courses near his Hertfordshire home, a great conversationalist and always makes time for us mere mortals.

You're a natural Iona. You are one of the brightest spots in current golf coverage. I enjoy all your YT videos, and when you are on a TV coverage, your skills are as good as the seasoned guys in the booth. Your love of golf shows, and you are a real good player too.... and I love your Scottish accent. If you are ever in Canada... I challenge you to a match. If you win... I will teach you how to hit it straight as Moe Norman. ;) If I win.. I get a tin of those shortbread cookies, we have dinner, and watch CaddyShack ...and I'll still teach you how to hit it straight as Moe Norman.

I loved the insight and information. I have been fortunate enough to attend Masters practice rounds twice and Augusta truly is a magical place. It is probably the only event of it's kind where a family of four can eat for less than $40 dollars. I found some of the differences in the use of words interesting. For instance we say porch instead of terrace, Porch swing instead of swinging bench and rod instead of rail to hang the clothes. Looking forward to watching more of your videos.

Really enjoyed your coverage of this fantastic tournament. Giveaway has to be a Masters coffee mug, they're pretty big! I was there in 2013 on a "boys road trip", in a rattly old RV, and remember every detail of the day, hope to return one day and have just completed my application for 2023 tickets. Sit enjoy sitting on my masters chair, wearing the cap(s), and flying the flag - still need to get Adam Scott's autograph though.

Rich here from Augusta, GA. I used to work as a volunteer runner/driver for the World feed up to 2020 during Master's week. Please tell all the BBC crew; especially Ken Brown I said hello and "Well done chaps!" I get to go to the tournament as a patron now. Hopefully see you all on the course!

Loved hearing your thoughts Iona and in depth personal experience of your time at Augusta! I was fortunate enough to be at The Masters for the week in 2013 when Adam Scott won, a historic win! Had the pleasure of finally meeting him at the JP McManus Pro Am last week and get my Masters flag signed, such a gentleman and a swing that is the template for all us golf nerds 😁⛳️🏌♂️ Keep up the great work on your channel and on TV Iona! 🤗

I've never played at Augusta but did get to watch a round but had to keep an eye on the weather that was rather threatening. My friend did get to play with some friends and she was able to birdie #12, a true lifetime experience. She is a 4 handicap but found it harder than she ever expected. Your cottage seems quite comfortable with some great views.

Fun fact about waffle house. It’s used as an informal way to measure the severity of a storm in (mostly) the southern states. Open full menu is a weak storm, open limited menu is a decently quite a bad one and closed is obviously stay inside because it’s a nightmare. Love a good waffle house breakfast storm index aside. Love the content!
