When Block Island is firing it reminds me of the Cape Cod Canel, kind of. I have had multiple times when I had to stop fishing in both places due to being so tired from fighting fish

We were surrounded by fog initially and the weather forecast said 4-6 ft waves but luckily it started more like 3-5 then leveled off quickly by midday. I think the forecast scared a lot of folks away that day.
