BEWARE - BROKEN GEAR SHIFT RETURN SPRING AND CLUCTH ON HIMALAYAN 411 fix

Exactly same spring broke for me when my machine was fairly new ( 6 months/2000kms) in 2016, took almost a month for my dealer to arrange it

Clutch assembly: 1. Outer Basket 2. Inner Hub 3. Friction plates 4. Steel plates 5. Pressure plate 6. Springs The Inner Hub, Clutch spring Bolts fits closely to the pressure plate, there is no gap. So, don't over tight each one of them. Wash the inner Hub, dry and before assembly, apply GREEN thread lock LOCTITE-290 to each Bolts as a ring after 2or 3 starting threads. The entire length must be threaded, no shank after the Bolt head. If you don't get full thread Clutch hub nuts. There will always be a gap between the pressure plate and the inner hub clutch spring mounting. Never use an impact air gun to tighten these Bolts.

Bro 1st and 2nd gear whenever i shift its sounds not smooth in my himalayan 450 is this normal? I rode only 1100 kms

Ya same case and a lot if false neutrals also, another thing is that some miss shifts when going from 4th to 5th gears, its like falling into neutral when shifting from 4th then a sudden jerky shift to 5th gear on its own, any idea or suggestions about this anyone
