One thing that would be interesting to see is how well these dynamic entry methods hold up in a cs:go hostage scenario. Maybe it's not immersive enough for the channel though. Anyway, food for thought.

terribly. absolutely terribly. the mechanics of the game don't allow for this level of realism when it comes to tactics and manoeuvring. for example, it is impossible to shoot and move at the same time in CS without your bullets spreading across the entire screen. it's an aim game.

This happened one time, It was 2021 which was when i first got onward and the first game i join im already a hostage, volk had to bribe the marsoc (hostage takers of me) with guns like the spas-12 and even a c4 to get me back, and then it was chill until one marsoc came in WITH the C4 and blew us up which led to what i called the great suburbian war because it lasted like 2 hours

this could be an actual game mode. they would just need to designate hostage areas and make it so that people would only be able to kill the hostage if they stepped past a certain zone and it should carry over the rules of escort where you need to actually extract hostages.
