Hi Hi! Getting a masters degree doesn’t help with the bridging in my opinion (I could be wrong) but they can bridge and become an RPN first and then they can later on do the RN conversion. OR its also possible to just bridge and become an RN.

Nova Scotia has a program to obtain a Canadian RN license without IELTS
