i love the tutorial it's been super helpful! i'm just confused about one thing; the C chord that you show at 6:46, i thought the C chord was one finger on the third fret bottom string, i learned the one you show as a B flat? Hope this doesn't sound like criticism! Any feedback is welcomed!

Definitely not criticism and it is a great question. You learned a version of the c chord that is correct, but anywhere on the fretboard you can play a C, E and G note then you create a C chord. The shape you leaned is a Bb, but when played, from G string first, as 5-4-3-3 it becomes a C chord. That is because you took the Bb and moved every note in the chord up two semitones, or two notes. It gets even cooler, you can move it another two frets and it is a D chord! Another two and it is E!
