Doctors can't cure what's wrong with Boogie. The documentary was like watching a family member. The same hypochondria, making excuses, completely addicted to, and only happy when buying things. It's a real illness, and at this point, he's just waiting to die

They could only help him if he wanted help and was willing to put in the effort. Considering the bypass, subsequent re-gaining of weight, and footage of Boogie saying it's the doctor's fault that the bypass hasn't held up, I'm guessing it's the effort part that gets him.

Boogie didnt even lose that much on crypto... He put in 250K.. It went up to 750K .. Then it went down to like 200K before he pulled it out.. So he only lost 25% of his money on crypto but tells everyone he lost it all so you feel sorry for him... But in reality almost all the money he "lost" was just unrealized gains and not the initial cash he put in

@@GooFly-v3j That comparison makes no sense. He lost $50k of his initial investment, or 20%. Let's be honest, he invested in one of the most risky and unstable investments you can put your money in and missed out on $500k, or a 200% profit, because of greed. Had he liquidated it when it was valued at $750k, he could've made a lot of money but chose to pull out too late, probably hoping it would increase even further. You can't really lose money you never had but he sure missed out.

As someone who uses a wheelchair and had 90% of my life ripped away from me at an early age because of severe illness, I couldn't imagine having the opportunities Boogie has and wasting them. It always strikes me as truly out of touch and shocking when able-bodied people actively choose to throw away lives that someone like myself would've killed for. He doesn't realize how privileged he's actually been and sees himself as some sort of weird martyr, not to mention his gross mistreatment of women and entitlement. Literally could not be less likeable if he tried. Also I want to make it clear that I completely understand that mental illness is debilitating and no one should have theirs denied or downplayed, but he has chosen over and over again to refuse chances at recovery in multiple aspects of his life and it is MISERABLE to witness. We all have problems bro, the choice to not seek clinically supported and continuous therapy is completely on you.

Actually, psichedelics have a great potential to help with depression because the downregulate the amigdala (aka fear center of the brain) which makes it easier to face hard things, like the state of ur life or going to therapy, also, shut down the default mode network, which is what we use to reflect and think about orselves, hence the “ego death” and why it gives depressed ppl a break from “im a failure, im disposable, im unwanted…I,I, I” So yeah, get treatment, but also dont discound psychedelics, they are often more accesible than therapy and can help alongside it. -a depressed psychonaut who keeps unaliving thoughs controlled with shrooms

At some point you can’t feel bad for him and this is where Muta’s feelings towards Boogie are not even an opinion, it’s the truth. To really be caught in a lie time after time and just be so knowingly aware of how bad your situation is continuously hate farming, cowardly giving into looking like a victim over and over and OVER. It’s exhausting and while I don’t wish anything bad for Boogie the guy is toxic af and everything he’s done to himself, he deserves it. Just really embarrassing and pathetic that a 50 year old man acts like this.

Psychedelics really warp your perception which can have long-lasting effects, so honestly him feeling better about his life the day after and then not getting better is a pretty common experience. I've made plans to better my life while under the influence and the next week I'm in such a great mood. It never sticks unless you really put in the effort.
