Ooohhh! What a lovely Pair Of Vintage Hooverette Vacuum Cleaners From 1975

Two Hooverette stick vacuum cleaners turned up within a few days of each other, so I thought I would open them together.

Congrats on breaking the 80k subs barrier! Nice video and vacuums, looks like a more modern version of the all-metal vintage Hoover Dustette I remember relatives having and they always puffed out lots of dust when used.

My Grandfather had one of these in the 80s, i always thought it sounded like the guitar track to TRex - Ride a white swan - weird i know.

Thanks for this video Roger! Those Hoover bottom-fill bags always concerned me.....when you turned the cleaner off, didn't the debris fall back onto the carpet through the nozzle?

We never had that problem with ours There was a round rubber flap over where the nozzle goes in to stop the dirt falling out.
