Hi! I work on a burn unit - when you burn yourself make sure you run it under cool water for a few seconds immediately (cool not ice cold) the skin continues to burn even after contact and the cool water will stop it from burning through more layers, less likely to scar!

Use heat protection gloves for curling/straightening ur hair! Also use Savlon really helps with burns and wounds! 🫶 cold water immediately after burn helps cool it down as well

you need to get an after burn cream... it helps a lot with scars and pain. I use a lot of that when I was working in restaurant
