You can do it! Just keep practicing and you'll come up with the technique that works best for you. Just remember, it's all just shapes that you’re adding to it to make the features.

Amazon! It's just called a Fineline Applicator. Comes in a 3 pack for about $12.00. May be cheaper somewhere else but that's where I got mine.
