I suspect the expensive set will score worse, mainly thanks to those P-7TW wall ornaments ;-) edited to add:- I've just watched the expensive set do their thing. I take it all back, the TW irons didn't let you down. That 5i round the tree 😲

There's no way the scores will be that much different. This has been a great series - of course we all want new shiny clubs but the next video is really going to put it into perspective. Go get lessons, not the next expensive toy! (I say that as I actually just checked out for some new hybrids...)

Sometimes, it is not about how you perform, but what you really want to play with. My current gaming irons are Nicklaus-Miura Commemorative 3-P. Collectibles, but basically tools for the game designed and produced by two legends in golf. And love them. The funny is, Miura has no offset, but they print Face Progression!

I think the TW irons are going to cause you some issues that will offset the potential gains from the other clubs. It’s going to be a close contest.

I believe the scores will be similar. You are a good ball striker James. Higher priced doesn’t always equal better. I believe you may hit the budget irons better and closer than the Tigers.

Probably won't see much difference in either sets except in the woods. TW irons and T-Zoids aren't exactly dripping in tech. Probably close to same lofts. I just bought a Square strike chipper yesterday to mess around with

I'm picking the expensive set, but it will be close. I do think you should've gone with the p770, as that'd fit you better, remembering how you hit the 4 iron in a previous video.

Jeez that is more money spend on second hand clubs than my set full new! And still there is room for one more club! I play Callaway Rogue ST Max LS with tensei White 65g stiff, rogue st max 3wd with tensei blue 65g stiff! Mizuno flihi 3 iron 4-5 iron Mizuno pro 225 with nippon modus 3 120 stiff shafts. 6-gw Mizuno Pro 223 with nippon modus 3 120g stiff, 55 and 60 vokey sm 9 jet black with the modus shafts as well. Than my putter is the Ping Anser 2D

I think the scores will be closer than one thinks. The swing is the real thing. The clubs are just tools each with their own characteristics. It should be a fun watch.

My recent are: - Cobra BioCELL+, Pro Launch V2 78 g Stiff after Fuji 757 Tour Spec S was cut off the hosel. - Callaway Big Bertha 816 ♦️♦️with Tour-X Aldila S+70 (second hand off the tour truck) - Callaway Mavrik with Px HZRDS Smoke Yellow 76g S. Really hard to figure, which shaft you’ll need, but prior fittings has driven me towards the heavier and stiff if not stiffer shafts. And the dumb probably is, I still have all three in my spare bag.

Expensive high quality doesn’t mean forgiving. JR hits golf balls everyday. Woods TR irons in his bag maybe ok, in mine they would be an unmitigated disaster. Spend money, get great equipment but buy clubs that fit your game. Blueprint irons? 🥶

I think you can go as low with the expensive ones as with the cheaper ones. I'd say 3 under for both if you're hitting it well. You should give away the expensive set too @jamesrobinsongolf
