How are we gonna figure out which kid belongs to which dad?
Hi there! 👋🏻 We live on a 1-acre farm right in the middle of the busy city of Phoenix, Arizona! Our names are Kevin & DaNelle, and we moved here in 2009, when our kids Ethan & Lydia were just 6 & 4 years old 🥰 Over the years we've raised goats for milk, chickens for eggs, built a fish/swim pond, planted fruit & nut trees, and grew a large garden full of veggies. We've also raised a bunch of other animals like pigs, sheep, turkeys, geese, peacocks, and more!
Now that our kids are away at college, we have settled into doing what we love most -- which is raising & breeding goats ethically to improve genetics. But don't worry, we'll forever love our goofy pet goats like Luna the herd queen & Willow the stump lover. We also still love raising chickens for eggs, gardening, tending to the fruit & nut trees, and growing fish in the pond. We use the fresh goat's milk to make cheese, butter, yogurt -- and we use that + everything else we harvest on our little farm to make delicious meals. Having a getaway from the busy world right in our backyard brings so much joy to us each day, and we hope it brings some to you, too. 🥰

Might try a local 4h club. Could be a kid wants to trade work for keeping a show goat there. If you can call a teens help actually helpful. Probably faster & easier to do it yourself. Not to mention less liability if they got hurt. I lived next to a highschool & I swear those teens had regressed to the point of needing to hold a parents hand to cross the street. They'd walk in front of cars without looking at all.

I think it wise thing to put river with lancelot since both river and lancelot both got line of good attach udder. While if you put river with finnick, the babies might have good attach udder and high production but the chance of getting both would be not so much.

I had a doe who wouldn't get pregnant, it was her third heat and I finally just threw her in with both my billies and 5 months later one came out black and the other was golden and polled. They both managed to be the father. It was awesome.

We add cucumber to ours. Tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, cilantro, cucumber, lemon, always shrimp and I always boil them. Eat with avocado and cheese. I want to try lemon jalapenos in it, they're my new favorite. You should try them, they have a great flavor

Hi, the freshwater shrimp you put in the filter part of your pond, they will not grow any bigger than 1 and a bit centimeters... You do know that right? We have 10 tanks of different coloured freshwater shrimp, they are actually really wonderful to watch :)

If you wash your hands with a stainless steel spoon by putting a drop or two of dish soap and then wash your hands while useing the spoon like a bar of soap. It will get rid of the buck smell.
