Cool!! I have been looking at the op-1 field myself for experimentation. I experiment with a combination of external synths and euro rack pieces. I like the recording options this offers. The different types of tapes is appealing as I could offload my pc melodies and add some saturation with the tape.

What's good IMB. The OP-1 Field looks the business and seems very well made. Visual feedback... check, Synths.... check, Drums... check. But I got a few questions. What is the maximum length of bars that you can record on it. 4, 8, 16? And is it possible to use OP-1 field in conjunction with... let's say a 88 key midi controller? And final question is how many stock sounds come with it out the box? Welcome back on the set bro. Let's see what it do.

You and i already spoke offline about this, the short answer is : there are tones of different synths so plenty to choose from. Yes you can connect the OP-1 to a midi keyboard 🎹 and lastly, there isnt a limit to how many bars because you can record directly to tape and set your own bar length with a total record time of 6 mins per track!
