Op Amps: Inverter-Noninverter

Here's an interesting and unique circuit, an adjustable gain inverter-noninverter. A single knob controls the gain and the phase (inverting or noninverting) of the amplifier. The maximum gain can be set to more than unity (0 dB), and the circuit uses just one op amp.
