When they're floating, they're above the basic attack range so it goes right under them. When they fall down though, you can hit them half way down since they're back in range

you get 46.5% lifesteal in total, not including bancroft's passive and not including typhon's passive. it doesn't matter if you don't care a ton about the lifesteal or if you are more concerned about out of combat healing, you will still heal far more than he could deal with without anti-heal. if he didn't build antiheal you would probably out heal most of his damage making you basically unkillable, so the fact that he has so sacrifice so much damage and defense just to counter the healing you didn't really have to sacrifice much to get is a testament to freya'a healing with that build and perhaps the questionable balance of smite's items and not a questionable choice on his part

the point is bellonas only chance to win there is to burst while shutting off sams damage with disarm + block stacks, which are both effectively 100% antiheal. asi goes towards that way more than exe on a freya with like 50 protections. toxic blade completely shuts down your ability to do damage, it’s just a really bad item

@@myspicyclips6402 yeah toxic is a bad pick here cause toxic is just a dogshit item in general, but trying to burst down a freya who can just whoop whenever she she is getting autoed down or ult whenever she is in trouble means i don't think you really have any chance to burst a freya who is paying attention. tbh she just loses the matchup

@@talosisoursavior3061 that’s why you need a pressure item like asi to push your early advantage. not a little bit of antiheal and protection shred. again the lifesteal isn’t the threat. but yeah it’s a losing matchup once freya gets attack speed. also exe and toxic blade both require you to build up the effect via auto attacks which is shut down by the whoop in the first place

​@@myspicyclips6402 in this case he's down 3-0 so there isn't really much of an early advantage to push, but even if there was, the freya already has a berserkers giving her 100 prots, so just landing 1 auto with exe is already going to do close to as much as an asi, meaning you probably end up with more damage overall, though maybe that's canceled out by the 10 power idk. though realistically she already lost before she even had to make the choice between asi and exe. ultimately the only time lifesteal wouldn't really be relevant is if the freya is barely damaging the bellona at all and they aren't trading autos at all, which would just require freya's everything to be down, at which point the build doesn't even matter.
