By a mile yeah. Maitha is just a one dimensional Assist Cover meatstick that still need energy support for full uptime. Alright as a physical tank for early-mid game Story content and Tarot Residual, but easily powercrept

Dang...I really want this character. I've been using Alexie as my tank. I actually like him a lot. I've been saving for Auguste and Saffia. I think I'm going to have to pull Cocoa. Looks like I'm going to have to spend some more money to make sure I get the characters I want. I just can't see passing on her. I got Alexie on a single 10 pull, so I'm probably going to pity on the next 1 I pull for. It's just going to suck to spend 4 months getting her to 5 stars.

Brutal Axe is her BIS weapon just by virtue of the 10% HP passive at 5 star. She gets little to no value out of the Feast Axe, since she rarely attacks at all, and mostly for CC when she does.

If you don't have any source of vulnerable, Crushing Blow is infinitely better than the +movement. And let's be real, you're not bringing Coco to deal damage and she's also a melee character so you're barely gonna get anything if at all out of any HIghland stuff. The only time you should not pick Crushing Blow is if you have another 5star that inflicts vulnerable. And I think Nonowill is the only one that has that, but hers is Lv3 so you can definitely justify not getting Crushing Blow, and that's pretty much the only exception. The only other 5star I can think of that has vulnerable is Nergal and barely anyone will have him and/or even wanna use him.

saffiyah will have vuln 3 i believe as well, BUT i will still be picking up crushing blow as i can not see a single situation i would use the other rk1 skill over one of the later skills. at least having the option for vuln 2 is nice

​@@jlandejrNot Saffiyah, Vul 3 is exclusively for Nonowill only now in TW And Vul 2 is common skill for Normal characters Extra 1 move is good for some strategicall mission Like Tower Conquest Stall strategy If u push Tower beyond Level recommendations, u literally know that Burn stall is most used strategy as u can't deal dmg normally And u literally need extra move to make sure stall strategy work well Which make that skill much better than Vul 2 that available for your Normal characters

@@dwlr007 you are correct, unlocking mountain tribe gives 3% hp over the vuln ability which is 3% defense. i would gladly drop 3% hp to be able to have a skill that i will actually use though

This character looks incredible. But I am doubting, because I play low spender and she needs a lot of investment (100days+). Also I have plenty of support (Edda, Gloria, Inanna), It feels like what I need is more damage. I may give it a go with only a few pulls and call it a day if I miss her

Cocoa is NOT a dedicated Tank, she's more of a support character than anything. When in doubt on which skill to take you take the one that gives HP to boost her own Healing abilities. Potluck Protector is weaker than her Treasure Chest and Armor Piercing is better than No Turning Back since the characters you want to stun are increasingly immune to Stun. Mountain Tribes Cocoa's Treasure Chest Stay Strong! Block Enhancement Armor-Piercing Strike Iron Pot Stew Equipment is Brutal Axe and Crystal Burst Armor as both provide HP to boost her Healing then she uses the Mercy of the High Priestess as a Tarot. You can use Potluck Protector as a Castalia option if you want, but Cocoa's Treasure Chest is much better. If you want alts. Weapon Brutal Axe > Hollow Axe Trinkets Crystal Burst > Auguste Scrolls > Cooling Powder > Fancy Hat > Disaster Bottle Tarot Priestess > Fool > World > Hermit > Empress

In terms of pure tanking, Layla, Nergal, Maitha, and Supression are all better than her. They're just not nearly as versatile. She doesn't have a single %DR in her kit aside from block, and Invulnerable which she doesn't use. Despite being a big HP sponge, she's actually quite squishy

I don't think that this is a compelling argument when they let us farm shard for free. Especially when we are getting her so early with end game still not on the horizon. Most people getting her now should be close to 5 star by ToA/Arena/GvG releases

Easier said than done hehe and they way she looks like you do NEED to memory shard her 3 months and a half or so for her to be good enough. @@drwps. Yes. She still a tank. Very very weak to magic. Don't have dmg reduction like Maita, Nurgal, Alexei and etc. Don't have aura (she needs 3x skills, no slot for aura). And you really think she can tanking something? More "basic" legendary units in people's packs has aura (Iria/Union) and gets +20% pdef/mdef. In stats they will have same durability... In forums there is video where Cocoa just cover atk from Nungal (sniper girl). One shot... Tank who don't have enough defence against phys dmg...

what matter is whether or not she's worth the investment. Who cares she isnt good at tanking as a tank if her other values r so good? Homa is a Breaker, but she isnt great at dealing damage like other breaker archetype units, but she is still still being regarded as one of the most valuable unit. Why? Because her support capabilities r great despite being a Breaker. Think man, think. If the dev release a healer that can only heal a dogshit amount but can deal tons of dmg, It's still worth it

And in most video peoples advertising her like defender (tank unit, cover unit and etc). But no one says that she is defender who needs another defender who can defend her).
