Love the symbolism in this video. How their cooking became more creative and free once they started ignoring the head chef (symbolising fears, insecurities etc.). My interpretation of the meaning of the video (there might not even be one) is that the head chef is supposed to "symbolize" depression, and that him mixing the ingredients in a bowl and making it glow, in front of everyone, is supposed to reflect how depression makes you feel and how you think that hiding inside is the only way to feel safe and comfortable. But when one of the twins (I don't remember your names, I'm so sorry😢) puts on his headphones and starts doing his own thing his "ingredients" start glowing, meaning that he broke free from depressions grasp and realised that hiding from your demons isn't what you need when suffering from depression. Sorry if this is confusing, wrote this after getting off from a hectic day at worn so my brain is in shambles
