You got yours at about the same time we did. It was on after Christmas clearance at Home Depot for $299. Is still cranking away reliably. I did buy another one this year as a spare for the day when the first one fails, because we’re far too fond of it to not have it.

you could just put some in a bag and throw it in the freezer they get harder and wont melt as fast these units dont seem to keep them cold so they are jusy melting ice nuggets
