We just see the final stages of the process. How much work must be needed to produce all the sandwiches in the first instance? That in itself is quite a major process, and seeing as each box contains about 48 - 50+ pre-prepared sandwiches (and I counted at least 15 plastic boxes, i.e. 750 sandwiches at least). That is a LOT of sandwiches for a small family business!

Very nice operation. Different sandwiches are already prepared at home and grilled on the spot. everything is neatly done. No mess. Good for breakfast, lunch and snacks. Very affordable too. Good job and Good Luck ladies.

That's what l was going to say. The first one of these l watched, after the girl got done selling all her food, she cleaned up and packed it all up. But instead of going home she went and shopped for tomorrow's day. Then she went home and prepared for the next day. This is nonstop. Most people don't know that. Hard working is right. It looks fabulous, but I would get rid of those nails and not pick up sandwiches without gloves like she did. I would also give the two rounds of bread, not just the one. making a whole sandwich not a half one.
