Vulkan is better than openGL. My game used to lag a lot, but then I switched to Vulkan and now I get 55+ fps.

In terms of performance I found Vulkan to be way faster and more lightweight compared to OpenGL on my S10+ (Exynos). However, when it came to rendering object and image, OpenGL looks better for my eyes, though the performance drop even in low graphics max framerate is very noticeable. Currently Vulkan is still updated often, and more developer start to use it more for newer game.
