It is indeed a nice open-source project, but the API calls are eating away my wallet, like there is no tomorrow. Any suggestions? (E.g. wait for better Llama models that stack up against GPT-4 to run it local?)

Yeah, GPT-4 can be costly. It seems easy enough to run Llama 7b if you have a Macbook, but this doesn't perform anywhere near GPT-4 as you mention. You could try Llama 13b to see how it does, but I think that'd take up a bit of resources on your local computer when you run it.

can we use open interpreter, currently with chatgpt 3.5 turbo, how and where would the user be prompted?

It looks like you can switch to 3.5. Here's more information in the README.md: github.com/KillianLucas/open-interpreter#change-your-language-model ``` interpreter --model gpt-3.5-turbo ```

@@joshbickett for me the whole video sound was clear but low volume on my computer so i had to put my volume to max. may be different on other computers
