Wow i love this. This design seems to solve all my concerns of heat sun humidity central ac drainage privacy as well as lots of garden spaces. Bc if you have a 5 kotha plot and you dont have sufficient green areas then it's inefficient design just to house 4-5 humans.

This vernacular cum contemporary style house is awesome.. The openness of this house helps in getting more ventilation and lighting but when it comes to mosquitoe problem especially we have in Chennai.. Have we done any strategic moves to cope up with this issue.. Thanks in advance..
