@@korigamik Did I miss something..? Its git says it's licensed under MIT, so it is open source, right? I mean, if you have code and permissions to use in any way, it is fully open. What am I missing? Or do I mistook it with apache license maybe?

@@idea_list the core agent requires the browserbase API which is definitely a proprietary thing

@@korigamik oh, I see now what you meant. But they'll probably let us plug in some other models instead further on, right? For now, though, yeah, you have a point

There are still some things to improve. Many times, I get the "Websocket disconnected" error. Also, it's slow, but I like the concept of an open source AI agent, they are on the right track.

Great video. Is it really free when you need an api from they makers? Or does it work without that api?

@@piedepewif it's open source can you not just route to another api? Even gemini offers openai api structure, so you could switch the base url

any other alternative other that openai API ....for example deepseek ?

After exploring an operators framework that uses a browser, it's easier to understand how it works and build your own agents. It's a much faster way than learning more complex systems like AutoGen. This is just a step in more people using it and more complex systems later on. Imagine this but X10 faster. Every Steve will be able to program it via voice and perform 90% of his work in minutes.
