Is the land agricultural or converted to non agriculture and does it have permissions for construction?

Yes, Oryza is a farm land(agricultural land) We are not convert this into non agricultural... as of now no need to convert NALA because it's for investment purpose as well as weekend villa concept, upto 30%to40% you can go for construction in your plot through gram panchayath permission.so,happily you can go for the construction.
