My first week in the sf lights and at Sebring, that was an experience and I’m glad it’s not only me that’s struggling with everyone else crashing in the first lap 😂 Managed to get myself a podium, top 5 and top 10 🎉 just off 1.7k rating now

I noticed you run crew chief as I do too but you have the iracing spotter on text only and can get damage reports that way. Not sure if its the only reason you do it but that's genius and I'm going to start doing that lol. Was always sad that crew chief didn't add that but I don't know if that guy is still updating it, been awhile since I've gotten one. Nice result starting from the pits btw, I only did one here this week and if I were any further back than second row I would have started in the pits too.

Yep I prefer CrewChief as a spotter but the text from the iRacing spotter is helpful plus you can now bind a button to Damage Report which is a must

I agree open is the best way to go with these open wheelers. You got time to make up lost ground starting from pit and end up with positive SR and IR. Its mainly first lap that most incidents happen. The first corner in Sebring can be taken flat , I don't know if you tried it

Oh man, I was the guy in the blue thermal car who got murdered in the last corner of the race. P6 to DNF, like 200 meters from the finish line. Ugh!

When gridding up just need to wait for the timer to count down until it says Missed Start then select to start from pit lane
