Can you provide a couple of examples where the open source models failed? I am right now using OpenAI models only for enterprise apps but it is turning out to be more expensive than we initially thought. So we are trying to explore the open source ones like llama2 and Mistral. Love to hear your thoughts

One of the key examples is, sending campaign email to your customers by generating the content produced by Opensource AI models. The email content may not be rightly produced with enterprise level contents. This will lead to losing your customers. This is huge impact for your organization if you are customer centric.
