(Well, actually I run into this problem a lot in other media, and it's not as bad as you think it'll be) You'll just have to accept that there's going to be things you miss and that's okay. A lot can be skipped in my opinion, and you always have the option of backtracking if you feel interested by something. If I were in your position, I would watch the videos "QSMP entire STORY" parts 1-3, and then just drop in to the streamer of your choice. In no time, you'll get comfy and have a very, very good time.
